Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our team:

  1. Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned toy.

  2. Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  3. Timeline: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Net Banking) within 7-10 business days.

  4. Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at sales.pearlstoys@gmail.com.
