Delivery timelines vary by location (typically 4-7 business days).
Porter Services: Available for urgent local deliveries upon request (charges borne by the customer).
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays due to carriers or unforeseen events.
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for damaged or defective products.
Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and have original tags attached.
Exclusions: No returns on personalized orders, used toys, or products without an unboxing video.
Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method after approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, courier disruptions).
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Raigad, Maharashtra.
