Processing Time Orders are packed with care and shipped within 24 hours from our facility in Khopoli, Maharashtra. We deliver across India with precision.
Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities: 4-6 business days
Rest of India: 5-7 business days
Urgent / Same-Day Delivery Standard same-day delivery is not available.
Need it urgently? If you are located nearby, we can arrange delivery via Porter.

Note: Porter charges must be borne by the customer.
Shipping Costs & COD
Prepaid Orders: Free delivery on orders above ₹999. Flat shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available at checkout. A flat handling fee of ₹50 applies to all COD orders.
Tracking Once dispatched, tracking details are sent via email. You can monitor your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
Pearls Toys stands behind the quality of every soft toy we create. Returns are accepted only in cases of damage, defects, or quality issues within 5 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility We accept returns for:
Manufacturing Defects: Open seams, tearing, or stitching issues.
Safety Concerns: Detached parts (eyes, noses, buttons) or loose threads.
Quality Issues: Significant shape deformation, under-stuffing, or dirty/soiled product upon arrival.
Wrong Item: Incorrect toy delivered.
Returns are NOT Accepted for:
Change of mind or personal preference.
Personalized or custom orders.
Hygiene & Usage: Toys that have been washed, soiled, used, or have had their original tags removed.
Products reported outside the 5-day window.
Return Process

Evidence: Attach the mandatory unboxing video and clear photos showing the damage or quality issue.
Review: Our team will review and approve your claim.
Ship Back: Once approved, ship the product back to us with tracking details. (Return shipping is covered by us for valid claims).
Unboxing Video Requirements To expedite your claim, an unboxing video is mandatory.
Clear, unedited video of unboxing your package.
Show all sides of the package and the product immediately after opening.
Toy Check: Briefly squeeze the toy to show consistency and check seams/eyes in the video.
Include your order number verbally or in writing on the screen.
Refunds Approved returns are refunded within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable for original orders. Return shipping is covered by us for valid damage/quality claims.
Damaged Shipments If your package arrives damaged:
Document the damage with photos/video immediately.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
