Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

Before Shipping: Since we ship orders within 24 hours, please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. If the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you will need to receive the package and initiate a return request under our Return Policy.
